the hotel had well-furnished rooms. the lively restaurant downstairs made it a highlight! i appreciated that the well-soundproofed rooms kept things quiet. every day i received complimentary coffee and water.
during check-in, the card received an unannounced deposit of €100. the refund arrived only several days after checking out.

The hotel has a convenient position for messe, a ten-minute walk! a nearby tram station offers easy access to the römer. the main train station is also within walking distance. This location is super useful.

the room was clean and modern. the bathroom was spacious with a rainfall shower. i liked that they refilled the coffee and water every day. it. included nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, too
there was no refrigerator in the room. so i could not store my leftovers, that was an issue!

underwhelming stay, issues with noise and services.
loud musicpoor cleaning
the noise was a big problem. loud music from above went late. our room wasnt cleaned properly either, they never replaced towels or water. finding any staff was tough too, i dont see someone at reception most the time.

The room was modern. it was really comfortable too. the restaurant downstairs served great bbq food. a tram stop was very close. It took you to most tourist areas in under 15 minutes.
the staff were some of the least friendly people i've met. they were working in a service role to germany. the hotel itself is not in the best area. the neighborhood is somewhat sketchy.
